Which shipping method do you use?
We use a door-to-door tracked courier service using Team Global Express Couriers.
Where do you ship from?
We ship daily (Mon-Fri) from our Christchurch warehouse.
Where can I purchase your products?
You can place your order here on our website or visit our social media pages @powerpacksnz.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards through Shopify Payments, and bank transfers into our ASB account.
Do you allow Click and Collect?
We are based in Christchurch city. If you would like to pick up a product, please select Click & Collect. Pick up times are 9am-12.30pm Monday to Friday. To pick up outside of these times text Jackson on: 027 239 6625.
How can I get some help with a specific product?

I am a retailer and I’d like to stock your products. Who do I contact?
Contact Jackson on: 027 239 6225 or email powerpacks.cc@gmail.com. We are always looking for new retailers, so we’d love to hear from you.
What happens if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within 4 working days please track your parcel using the information provided in your tracking email. If you need further assistance please contact your nearest courier branch and quote your tracking number. They may see that a calling card was left for you or they may ask you for specific information about your exact location. Alternatively you can contact us at powerpacks.cc@gmail.com or phone us on: 027 239 6625 and we’ll help you track your parcel.
I think my product might be faulty. What should I do?
